Our Founder

Crystal Veronica Baez is a dedicated Education Specialist in sexual assault prevention with over 10 years of experience. Formerly an Education Specialist at the Philadelphia Rape Crisis Center, Crystal has designed and implemented impactful programs focused on sexual violence prevention for diverse populations, including youth, adults, and incarcerated individuals.

With a Bachelor’s degree from Holy Family University, Crystal is now the founder of Crystal Clear Prevention LLC, an organization focused on providing education, resources, and support to communities working to prevent sexual violence.

Through her unique blend of lived and professional experience, Crystal is committed to empowering schools and organizations to address the complex issues surrounding sexual assault. Her passion for education and innovative approach and make her a trusted advocate for those seeking to create safer, more informed environments.
